90-Day Action Plan

The first 90 days is a critical time for a new Scout Executive.  It is important to establish relationships with donors, key volunteers, staff, and community partners while gaining a deeper understanding of the strategic needs of the Council.  Based on summary research, I have outlined a proposed plan for the first 90 days on the job.  I submit this respectfully with the request for your insights and suggestions on how to make my first three months on the job as successful as possible should I be selected to serve as your Scout Executive.
