Objective
To advance the mission of Scouting as a Scout Executive and positively impact the lives of a growing number of youth by providing an exceptional program experience for young people and adult leaders and to build a stronger financial foundation for the future.
Background Summary
I have been fortunate to learn from many strong mentors during my tenure in Scouting both as a youth and professionally. Serving rural, suburban, and urban populations and people from diverse backgrounds, I have a proven track record successfully managing large comprehensive campaigns in program, finance, membership and unit service. Throughout my career I have developed strong interpersonal and communication skills. I have become an innovator who has found ways to increase productivity and efficiency through analysis and implementation of new procedures. Additionally, I have been able to help develop the skillsets of many volunteers and professionals to advance the quality of the program that our Scouts receive.
