As part of an overall media strategy, I have become comfortable giving interviews with local media on a range of topics from promotion of upcoming events and recruitments to responding to questions about membership policy changes. In spite of many of the challenges we have faced over the last decade, I believe it is important to continue to tell our story and share the positive impact we have on the lives of people living in our communities.
